Commercial laundry & linen service in Decatur
Restaurants, bars, salons, spas, studios, clinics, short-term rentals, venues and property managers — all handled in house at 655 E Lake Dr, on a schedule you set.
Tell us your weekly volume and we will quote it properly instead of guessing from a rate card.

Find your operation
Every sector page covers what we handle, how it is priced and the turnaround we can commit to.
What a local studio changes
Local capacity, not a plant route
New 30, 45 and 60 lb washers with dryers up to 83 lb, all in Oakhurst. Your volume runs in a few cycles on a schedule you set, not whenever a truck comes through Decatur.
Linen and staff garments together
Towels, sheets and napkins go through wash & fold; chef coats, aprons and staff shirts go through garment care and come back pressed. One vendor, one invoice.
Quoted honestly on volume
We price against your real weekly poundage and piece counts. No published rate card, because a 40-cover restaurant and a 12-unit rental portfolio are not the same account.
Get a written rate
Rough weekly poundage and a garment count are enough to start. We reply within one business day.
Commercial questions
How is commercial service priced?
Bulk linen is priced by weight, staff garments by piece, and both are quoted per account once we know your weekly volume and schedule. Send an estimate through the form and we come back with a written rate.
Do you offer a contract?
Only if you want one. Most accounts run on a standing schedule with no lock-in, invoiced on an agreed cycle.
Can you collect from our location?
Routed pickup and delivery is being built now, and commercial accounts are first in line. In the meantime most accounts drop and collect at the studio on a fixed day.
What is your turnaround for a business account?
Commercial accounts are scheduled, not laddered: we agree your collection and return days up front so your inventory count always covers the cycle. Retail same-day and rush surcharges do not apply to an account rate.
