Can you get massage oil out of sheets?
Fresh oil, generally yes, with hot water and an oxygen boost. Oil that has been through a hot dryer is polymerised into the fibre and will not fully release — the fix is process, which is why we sort and treat spa linen separately.
Do you offer unscented washing?
Yes. Ask for the hypoallergenic option on your quote and we'll run your account that way by default.
How do you fold robes?
However your front desk stocks them — folded to a stack height you specify, or returned on hangers through garment care.
