Can you turn a property's linen the same day?
Wash & fold has a same-day option at +$0.75/lb. On a heavy turnover day, tell us in advance so we can slot it — same-day always depends on that day's volume.
What does a typical turnover cost?
Bulk linen is $1.75/lb with a 15 lb minimum, and comforters are $25 each. A one-bedroom turnover is usually a single bag; multi-property hosts get an account rate quoted on weekly volume.
Do you flag damaged linen?
Yes. If a sheet comes in with a burn, a rip or a stain that won't move, we set it aside and tell you rather than folding it back into your stack.
Do you deliver to the property?
Not yet. Pickup and delivery is in planning with a waitlist — hosts are exactly the demand we're trying to size, so add your address.
