- Blot straight away with a clean white cloth, pressing rather than rubbing.
- Keep the area damp with cool water until you can get it to us.

- Don't reach for salt, white wine or club soda folklore — it sets the tannin.
- Don't apply heat or put it in a dryer.

Spot treatment is $1.00 per garment as an add-on to wash & fold, and is included in the assessment for garment care pieces. Difficult stains are discussed before we start.
Can you guarantee a stain comes out?
No, and nobody honest can. Age, fabric, dye and previous home treatment all matter. What we can promise is the right first move and a straight answer about the odds.
Should I try to treat it myself first?
Please do not rub it or apply heat. Blot gently, leave it alone, and bring it in — home remedies are the most common reason a stain becomes permanent.
How fast should I bring it in?
As soon as you can — every day a stain sits, the odds drop. Standard turnaround is 2 days; same-day (+50%) and rush (+100%) are available if you need the piece back for an event.
